For software the products will be sent to your email within 15 minutes. If you do not see them, please check your spam or bulk folders, and check to make sure your order email was correct. If you still don't see your software products, or your order email was incorrect, please contact us.

If your software was not denoted with "Delivery Method: Email", it will be shipped to your with the rest of your order (such as the Advanced Camera Extension, which is useless without the LASR Advanced Camera). 


For hardware, the package will normally be shipped the same business day if placed before noon CST, or the next business day if ordered after noon. You will receive a notification from our online shop when the order has shipped with your tracking number.

Please note that some shipments are not picked up by the carrier until the next business day after we submit shipping information. This is generally the case with USPS.

There are some rare exceptions to this, such as during unusually heavy order periods, or when we are out-of-office, when shipments may be delayed a day or two. 

Orders that utilize "Free Shipping" will be shipped by whatever means is most affodable for us. Most often this is USPS Priority, but occasionally it will be UPS Ground. Either way, you will still be issued a tracking number.
