If you purchased a new license, from us or anywhere else, then that license is inteneded to CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. If you are wanting to make changes to an existing account, then please do so from the account management page in LASR X.

You can apply a new license key to your existing account from account management by clicking the link that says "Apply a New License Key".
