Third party anti-virus software most likely deleted components of LASR.

You will need to go to your Windows Control Panel under "uninstall a program" and check to see if LASR still appears there. It may or may not. If it does, uninstall it.

Disable any anti-virus software that may be running!

You will then need to re-install using the original download link.
