Yes. The camera sees infrared light, so it can see infrared lasers, but also sees the visible spectrum to provide a useful image and work with regular visible lasers. This is actually covered on the product pages for the camera and extension.

The only thing noteworthy here is that the "Laser Color Detection" feature within LASR will probably not work correctly with the Advanced Camera, mostly because infrared light does not have a distinct color. Of course, most people don't use this feature, so you probably don't care.
