Turn the on/off switch to "on". They are still activated, they were just in their default "off" position. You will also need to reconfigure your settings for the plugins, such as turning on individual templates for the Target Templates plugin.

As covered in many places, once activated, plugins are permanently attached to the license they were activated on. They will follow that license wherever it goes.

If you re-install LASR, move to a different computer, or update LASR, they may lose their preferences you had set up and regress to their default "off" setting.
