Short answer: That is not a supported use.
(in other words, do not expect it to work or expect any help)

The long answer is that it is possible, by keeping the targets in the shade and modifying your webcam settings. It will be a bit tricky to deal with the lighting, and LASR will want you to recalibrate frequently (a simple button push, and it will usually tell you when this is needed). 

We have actually done this on several occasions, including in front of people, as have many of our users. You will need sufficiently bright laser impacts that are visible over the much higher ambient light conditions found outdoors, so green lasers, or better yet, infrared, are going to make this easier to pull off. But, again, this is NOT a supported use regardless of how you are trying to pull it off.
